SHIPPING TIMES:

This chart shows the TYPICAL Fed Ex Ground transit time from our warehouse in Jacksonville,FL to all U.S. locations. Please note Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays and are not included in business days. Please add 3-4 business days (for order processing) to these transit times to calculate your total delivery time.

Slides do not ship via Ground Delivery. They ship via truck freight and will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of placing your order.

PR, APO, AK, HI SHIPMENTS:
Shipments to PR, APO, AK, and HI addresses will be via U.S.P.S. Priority mail. This method is more economical than Fed Ex for these addresses. Our website does not automatically calculate shipping prices to these locations, so please contact us for a quote before you place your order.

SHIPPING COSTS:

The Fed Ex ground shipping cost for your order is based on your order weight and destination zip code. For most orders, this cost ranges from 10-15% of your total order price, with a minimum of about $6.00. Our website will automatically calculate your shipping cost and add it to your order total. You will have a chance to review the shipping cost prior to inputting your billing information.

Any order that contains a slide will have a flat shipping fee of $120 to residential addresses and $105 to business addresses. Slides are too large to ship via Ground and must ship via motorfreight. This $120 or $105 is a flat shipping fee and is the same regardless of the size of your order. Adding other items to your order does not increase your shipping cost for motorfreight shipments.

Rubber Mulch orders, playhouse, and other larger items ship via motorfreight. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination. Please call 1-877-777-8144 for a shipping quote on orders containing rubber mulch, playhouse, and landscape timbers.
